Trading outlets to become more accessible for domestic goods

Belarusian manufacturers to be provide with preferences by the country's trade outlets. Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade signed an agreement with representatives of the major shopping malls. The agreement envisages lower rent and so-called rent vacations (i.e. deferral of payments for at least 3 months). The Ministry explained that our manufacturers are represented by their stores at many large trading facilities. The discounts will stimulate branded trade. The agreement will come into force on November 1. The Ministry expects new participants to join by that time. Today it is 65 business entities, and they own 139 shopping malls across the country.
