22.10.2024
Foreign trade flows in the current five-year period are showing growth despite persistent pressure. This was stated by First Deputy Prime Minister Nikolay Snopkov during a joint session of the House of Representatives and the Council of the Republic. The Belarusian economy is developing at a rate higher than the world average. In the first nine months of this year it is 104.5%. The task for the year was set before the government — 103.8%. Inflation in Belarus has been fixed at a single-digit value of 6% since 2023. This figure is lower than in Russia and Kazakhstan. In the social block, the Belarusian government is guided by the triad "prices, wages, housing". Special attention is paid to these areas.
