The geography of exports of Belarusian leather products sold via BUCE has expanded

The Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange sold leather products to China for the first time. The volume of the trial batch is over 5,000 square meters of tanned semi-finished product. As was noted by the exchange, the quality and cost of Belarusian products completely satisfy the Chinese buyer. After the arrival of the first batch, new transactions for larger amounts are expected. Thus, the geography of sales of this product has expanded to 8 countries – Russia, Kazakhstan, Great Britain, Switzerland, Italy, Lithuania, and Poland. The total amount of transactions for 10 months is $6.5 million.
