The gas price for Belarus to remain unchanged in 2023

This was stated by the Energy Minister Viktor Karankevich. The protocol between Gazprom and the Belarusian government has already been signed. It covers the period up to 2025. Gas prices are pegged to the Russian ruble. Today, a board meeting was held at the Energy Ministry, where they summed up the results of the past year and set tasks for 2023. One of the most important tasks is the commissioning of the second power unit of the Belarusian NPP. Its readiness is 98% and commissioning is scheduled for the second half of the year.
