Share of domestic vegetables sales in Belarus at almost 70%

As noted by Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade, the sales of domestic potatoes, cabbage, carrots and beets accounted for more than 80%. Belarus is fully self-sufficient in basic vegetables. For example, 13 times more potatoes are produced than consumed, while for apples self-sufficiency rate stands at 74%.
