Secrets of production of the axe "Belarus"

The Belarusian axe, which Aleksandr Lukashenko presented at the firewood chopping championship, is a collaboration between MTZ and Minsk Termoplast plant. The handle is fr om the latter. Now two models are in production. Everything starts in the shop of special tools and technological equipment, wh ere moulds are made, and then — to the forging shop. And only then mechanical processing takes place. The equipment is universal. During a shift 22 blades are produced. The axe can be purchased in specialised MTZ shops. The factory reported that after the advertisement from the President they started to receive orders from abroad as well.
