Ritual "Zazhinki" in the Gorki district

The rite of "Zazhinki" started the harvesting campaign in the Gorki district. According to tradition, the first sheaf was handed over to the farmers along with the wishes to harvest without loss. This season, a new harvester "Polesye" entered the fields of the Belarusian Agricultural Academy. In total, grain crops will be harvested from an area of more than 28,000 hectares in the district. The Gorki elevator also accepted the first truck with the new harvest. The task for this season is to collect more than 150 thousand tons of grain.
