Refinancing rate to be reduced to 10% per annum
26.04.2023
Belarus is reducing the refinancing rate again, according to the National Bank. As from May 2, it will amount to 10% per annum. The regulator points to the slowdown in inflation in the country. Annual consumer price growth fell to 6% in March against 11% the previous month. This allows softening of the monetary policy. This is already the fourth decrease in the key rate year to date.
