Production of peat soil mixes for champignons launched in Ivatsevichy

The peat-mining industry of Belarus is finishing the season and summarizing the results. More than 90 percent of the planned volume of two million three hundred thousand tons of peat has already been produced. Brest Region power engineers are active in this field. The "Berezovskoye" plant has been producing peat-based soil mixes for growing champignons for almost a year now. This is one of the import substitution projects in Ivatsevichi district. The peat industry of Belarus is also actively selling abroad. A second large railway train with peat products is being prepared for shipment to China.
