President approves parameters of Belarus' development for 2024

The President has approved the most important forecast parameters of Belarus' development for 2024. The main goal will be to ensure sustainability of the economy and welfare growth. GDP is forecasted to grow at the level of 3.8%. The indicator is planned to be achieved through large-scale investment and production programs, sale of Belarusian products to foreign markets and expansion of domestic demand. Belarus will maintain the policy of price control. For this purpose, the National Bank and the government will set a target to limit inflation at a level not exceeding 6%. As for real wages, the growth will amount to 103.9%.
