Oil production — under digitalization

Belorusneft has started commercial operation of the Digital Field intellectual system. It makes it possible to increase oil production and reduce its cost. In online mode, the smart system collects technological data, analyzes, suggests an algorithm of actions. "Digital field" allows to optimize production processes, reduce equipment downtime and energy costs. Initially, the intelligent system was planned to be launched at one of the oldest fields in the Rechitsa district. Later, the boundaries of the pilot project were expanded. Now high-tech know-how controls the operation of several hundred facilities of an oil and gas company. In terms of the scale of digitalization of production processes, Belorusneft occupies a leading position in the entire post-Soviet space.
