Oil production in Belarus

In September, 9 new oil wells were drilled in Belarus, the Belorusneft company reported. Most of these facilities were constructed at the Rechitsa field. One more well each appeared in the Baratinskaya, Vostochno-Dubrovitskaya, Geologicheskaya and Marmovichskaya areas. Search, exploration, development of oil fields and drilling of wells in the country are carried out by Belorusneft. The company also produces hydrocarbons and associated petroleum gas in Belarus, and works in the oil sector of other countries.
