New record in capital's real estate market

New record in the capital city's real estate market was pointed out by experts in Q1. The number of transactions increased by 20% compared to last year's indicator. Over 4 thousand apartments were sold in January-March. Such growth in the housing market is supported by the availability of bank loans and other financial instruments. Oktiabrski district of Minsk became the leader in the number of transactions. Tsentralny district commanded the highest prices. Positive dynamics is still in place today. More than two thousand apartments have been sold since April.
