N. Kochanova: Belarus and Kazakhstan have intensified interparliamentary cooperation

Kazakhstan is one of the key trade partners of Belarus. This was stated by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Timur Zhaksylykov following his meeting with Natalya Kochanova, Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus. A wide range of issues was discussed during the meeting, including interparliamentary cooperation, which is actively developing and reaching a new level. The sides also touched upon trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres. The trade turnover between Kazakhstan and Belarus is about $1 bln, which makes Kazakhstan one of the key trade partners of Belarus. Investment partnership between the countries is also actively developing.
