Kazakhstan sees great potential in cooperation with Belarus
Unique opportunities and space for the implementation of initiatives. The relationship between Belarus and Kazakhstan is fruitful in many areas. For example, by the end of the year, 4.000 tractors "BELARUS" will be assembled in Kazakhstan. Joint ventures are one of the economic drivers in the bilateral relations. Today, 11 cooperation projects are being implemented. These are mainly machine building, including fire and lift equipment. There are plans to increase cooperation in agriculture, namely in deep grain processing. Another promising niche: Kazakh specialists studied the experience of the Belarusian Hi-Tech Park when creating Astana Hub. The countries are also strengthening ties within the framework of integration associations, for example, in the EAEU, where Belarus will chair next year. Another platform is the SCO. Our country became a full-fledged member of the organisation in July at the summit in Astana.
