Iranian projects in the agro-industrial complex of the Minsk region
The Minsk region fruitfully develops commercial relations with Iran. Trade turnover last year exceeded $50 million. This year they plan to increase it. The Iranians also set new trends in the agro-industrial complex. So, in the Logoisk district they are engaged in sheep breeding. Iranian investors are also successfully developing their agribusiness in dairy farming. According to the results of last year, the AFTAB complex became the leader in the Borisov region. Eight and a half thousand kilograms of milk per year are obtained from one cow here. Cooperation is promising not only in the agro-industrial complex, but also in mechanical engineering, woodworking, and petrochemistry. The visit of the Belarusian delegation to the Islamic Republic will also give a new impetus to the interaction of the Minsk region with the regions of Iran. It is scheduled for the fall.
