Investment projects of agro-industrial complex of Minsk region
Over two dozen dairy complexes will be built in Minsk region this year. One of the largest, a complex for three thousand cows, is being built by one of the branches of the Slutsk cheese-making plant in Kletsk district. There are plans to build a new workshop in Kletsk to produce lactoferrin, a new product on the agricultural market. The branch of the Smolevichi Broiler enterprise also has big plans. The Mglyo dairy farm, the largest in Belarus, plans to expand. The farm boasts the best dairy results in livestock farming in Minsk region. The plans of the agro-industrial complex of Minsk region include the creation of large poultry farming clusters in Krupki and Uzda districts. A quail farm with automated collection and packaging of commercial eggs is being built in Soligorsk district. The project is being implemented with the support of the Innovation Fund of Minsk Region Executive Committee.
