Interregional cooperation between Belarus and China

The Minsk region is strengthening trade and economic relations with the regions of China. The day before, a delegation of the Minsk Region Executive Committee and industrialists visited Guangdong Province. As a result of business forums and negotiations, the Slutsk Cheese Factory signed contracts worth $9 million. China is showing interest in Belarusian meat and woodworking products. One of the main results of the visit is the opportunity to attract Chinese investment in the economy of the Minsk region. A roadmap for cooperation is being drawn up today. In the same year, a return visit of the Guangdong province representatives to the Minsk region is expected.
