Innovations in construction under public discussion

More than half of the two thousand long-term construction projects in Belarus will be excluded from the list this year. This was announced in Polotsk, where deputies and officials discussed the draft code on architectural, urban planning and construction activities. The norms of the document are designed to prevent the appearance of objects with an excess construction period in the future, as well as to quickly involve empty structures in circulation. In addition, great attention is paid to the rules for acceptance into operation, because the standards could change during the construction process. Now all the proposals are being discussed in detail, there are at least one and a half thousand of them today. The document is in the public domain and everyone can express their opinion.
