Harvesting progress in Belarus

Harvesting is progressing well in Belarus. As of the morning of August 8, farmers threshed more than three million tons of grain and leguminous crops. Almost 900 thousand tons of rape has been cropped. The total harvest is approaching four million tons. This does not include corn, buckwheat and millet. Almost 47 percent of the acreage has been cropped. The average yield across the country is almost 34 centers per hectare.
