Governmental delegation visits Nizhni Novgorod

A delegation of the Belarusian government spearheaded by the Prime Minister is on a working visit to the Nizhni Novgorod of Russia. The program includes talks with the Governor and opening of a business forum, as well as visits to several enterprises of the Russian region. Belarus and Russia launch new projects on production of necessary parts, components, and ready-made machines. One of them is construction of the street car MiNiN. The tram was assembled at the Belarusian plant for communal machines Belkommunmash. It has successfully passed a test drive in Nizhny Novgorod. The plans envisage not only deliveries of the machines, but also their joint production. To intensify the contacts, opening of a direct air flight to the Russian region is planned.
