Forage harvesting

The farms of the Grodno region have harvested more than half of the grasses of the first cut. The plans are to harvest about 240,000 hectares. More than 60% of the area has already been mowed. Traditionally, the leaders are Grodno, Berestovitsaand Shchuchin districts, where grass harvesting has already reached the finish line (more than 90% have been harvested). Almost all the green mass of the farm is laid in silo trenches. This technology has worked well. After the addition of preservatives, after 20 days the food is ready for consumption. Agrarians of the region plan to complete the first mowing of grasses by the end of this week.
