14.11.2022
Fish farms continue their seasonal commercial catch. The plans of the farms are to receive more than 10,000 tons of products. Among the enterprises of the Minsk region that are engaged in the activity is the Lyuban Fish Processing Plant, which traditionally boasts a high level of catch. The total volume here will exceed 1,500 tons. Now carps are caught in ponds and then sorted by weight and other parameters. Part of the catch will go for processing and the other part will be sold live. Among the promising novelties of the Lyuban fish farm are sausages, dumplings, and cutlets from minced silver carp. After certification, fish delicacies will be delivered to retail chains.
