Farmers begin to prepare machinery

Agricultural organizations are preparing for the new agricultural season. The epicenter of work has moved from the fields to mechanical yards. The machinery has been stored and, if necessary, repaired under a warm roof. The work is carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements. For each unit, defect sheets have been compiled with information about the problem and what consumables are required. The Gomel region entered the repair and preparatory period on November 1st. The equipment is being repaired in stages. In total, about two and a half thousand units of agricultural machinery and equipment need to be repaired in the Gomel region for the upcoming agricultural season. By March 15, at least 90% of agricultural equipment in the region must be repaired and ready for work in the fields.
