21.03.2024
A small victory for a big company. Belshina achieved the lifting of EU sanctions. The Bobruisk manufacturer was included in the sanctions list in 2021 and appealed to the European Court. As a result, the court decided that none of the documents presented by the EU Council constituted a basis for restrictions. Both the sanctions introduced in 2021 and the restrictions since the beginning of the special military operation are cancelled. Legal costs must be paid by the EU Council.
