EEC Council approves uniform requirements for navigational seals

The list was prepared by the commission experts, concerned ministries and agencies with the direct involvement of the business community. The seals are used to track the transportation of goods through the territory of two or more countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. The devices are a lock and an onboard computer at the same time. They are installed on trucks and railway cars. The devices ensure compliance with the legislation of the EAEU countries on the international transit of goods and their safety, reducing the number of customs control measures. With the help of electronic seals the chain of transportation is controlled by both government agencies and companies involved in foreign trade.
