Development Bank increased financial support of the economy
Last year, the Development Bank's financial support to the economy increased by 40% and totalled over Br16 bln. The results of the work were discussed at the joint meeting of the Supervisory Board and the general meeting of the Bank's shareholders. As for the focus for this year, it is important to continue financing exports. In 2025 this indicator is planned to increase by at least 16%. Emphasis will also be placed on commercial investment projects. The plans are to increase them by 20% and implement more than 60 industrial and agricultural projects in all regions of Belarus. Over a third of them are absolutely new projects. Support for small and medium-sized enterprises will continue taking into account the priorities set and will be supplemented with new tasks.
