Decree on additional measures to ensure stable functioning of economy

The President of Belarus has signed a decree "On additional measures to ensure stable functioning of the economy." In particular, the document defines the conditions for companies from unfriendly foreign countries to leave the Belarusian market. Before that, all of them had to pay a fee and obtain government authorization. The decree defines the cases, in which this is no longer required. The government is also granted the right to explain the application of the Decree.
