The CSTO Parliamentary Assembly took place in Moscow today. Belarus summed up the results of its presidency in the organization in 2023. According to Chairman of the House of Representatives Vladimir Andreichenko, our country has done its best to strengthen the CSTO unity in a difficult geopolitical situation. Thus, Belarus has proposed to develop the Charter of Diversity of the 21st century. This is a document in which each country can openly state the principles of building a just world order. Belarus also paid special attention to strengthening military and technical cooperation between the member states. Another important priority of our presidency was the settlement of crises and prevention of further destabilization in the CSTO area of responsibility. The participants also discussed countering information wars and cyberattacks on the CSTO member countries, looked at information security and considered a common approach to the timely prevention of those threats.
