Chairperson of Council of Republic Natalia Kochanova visited Kamvol enterprise

The Presidential plenipotentiary representative for the city of Minsk got acquainted with the exhibition of produce and new collections of fabrics, inspected the workshops, communicated with the workers. In the Soviet Union times, the Kamvol was a flagship of the national textile industry. In the 2000s, the crisis came. The Head of state visited the enterprise personally several times and raised the issue of renovating its production capacities. Today, the Kamvol is a huge textile producer with a full manufacturing cycle – from making a yarn to production of clothes and their deliveries to partners. About 900 people work on each stage. The enterprise can manufacture up to four meters of fabric over a minute.
