"Belgospischeprom" Concern increasing production and export
The enterprises sell their products to 49 countries. Last year, supplies to foreign markets increased by Br15 million. The Russian market prevails. But the producers are strengthening their positions on other markets as well. For example, fivefold growth was shown by supplies to Africa, sales to the distant countries increased by a quarter. Six times more goods were sold to China compared to the level of 2022. In addition, the presence of products at European countries markets was retained. Exports there amounted to $64 million with an increase of almost 2%. At the same time, the domestic market and the Belarusian consumer remains a priority, last year they produced goods worth half a billion dollars as part of the import substitution program. In 2023, the concern's production volumes grew by 6.5%. The enterprises also actively renewed their capacities: more than half of all investments were spent on equipment.
