Belarusian petrochemical products are supplied to 145 countries
One third of Belarus' exports are products of the petrochemical complex. During the 30 years of the institute of presidency have managed to preserve and increase the potential of the enterprises, to produce demanded innovative products. Considerable funds have been allocated for modernization, technical re-equipment and implementation of investment projects. In the current realities, industrialists are diversifying sales markets and gaining technological experience. Emphasis is also placed on intra-corporate relations. In general, Belneftekhim has supplied more than $210 billion worth of products to foreign markets during its operation. Belarus' accession to the SCO opens up new prospects for the petrochemical industry. Also among the achievements is the doubling of the number of gas stations in the country. The depth of oil refining at Mozyr refinery has increased from 55 to 90%. The output of light and the most liquid oil products increased by 25%.
