Belarusian delegation on official visit to Latin America
An official visit of the Belarusian government delegation to Cuba begins today. The agenda includes talks with the Prime Minister and the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly. The main goal is to develop cooperation with far-lying countries. New projects were discussed the day before in Venezuela. During the meeting between Roman Golovchenko and President Nicolas Maduro, they touched upon the topic of sanctions pressure and the ability to resist it by developing own production. They also discussed the import of products from Venezuela to Belarus. The parties are convinced that it's time to expand the horizons of cooperation. This was discussed in the National Assembly. It is very important to raise parliamentary relations to a new level. The parties expect to sign a new agreement on cooperation between the legislators.
