Belarus to increase production of soft cheeses

Belarus ranks second in the world in butter consumption. About 4.7 kg per person per year. Only New Zealand consumes more: about 6 kg. Belarus produces more than 40 types of butter. In addition, they are expanding the production of cheese. By 2030, three new sites for the production of cheese with mold will be opened. The Naroch Production Site of Minsk Dairy Plant plans to increase the production of cheese with blue mold. Belarus is among the top five dairy exporting countries in the world ranking. In total, Belarusian dairy products are trusted in more than fifty countries of the world.
