Belarus reduces refinancing rate

From today it will be 9.75% per annum. This decision was taken by the National Bank. Monetary policy easing is primarily facilitated by the slowdown in annual inflation. The regulator also notes the recovery of business activity and a gradual increase in domestic consumption. This is the fifth key rate cut since the beginning of the year.
