Belarus-Karelia: new contracts
Contracts worth $70 million have been signed following the working visit of the Belarusian governmental delegation to Russia’s Petrozavodsk. We will supply new batches of BelAZ, MAZ and Svetlogorsk Paper Mill products to Karelia. At the same time we are ready to expand the range of what we offer, from passenger transport to construction services. An agreement between the governments of Belarus and the Republic of Karelia on trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation has also been signed. Today the delegation of the Belarusian government is heading for Murmansk. Meetings with the governor and a roundtable are planned. The parties intend to discuss the level of economic partnership. They will also visit "Lenin Nuclear Icebreaker" modern Arctic exhibition center.
