Belarus in the top list of growing economies in Europe
23.01.2025
Belarus has taken the third position in the top list of the 15 fastest growing European economies in 2024. Such data was provided by the International Institute for Middle East and Balkan Studies in Ljubljana (Slovenia). The basis was the report of the International Monetary Fund for October last year. Experts note that European countries have recently faced serious problems, including a decline in business activity and the fall of the euro to its lowest level against the dollar. The region has also been significantly affected by the threat of potential duties by U.S. President D. Trump. Against this background, Belarus is demonstrating strong and favourable economic growth.
