Belarus and Turkiye working on new investment projects

The 11th session of the Belarusian-Turkish intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation was held in Ankara. The participants of the session pointed out rapid growth of trade exchange between the two countries. The $1.5 billion turnover, which was set as a benchmark by the presidents of Belarus and Turkiye, may be reached in the near future. The meeting resulted in the signing of a protocol, which contains 15 sections. The document envisages mechanisms of mutual settlements, as well as work on trade logistics. In addition, the Turkish partners were offered a number of investment projects that will allow utilizing the potential of bilateral cooperation to a greater extent.
