Belarus and Russia will jointly develop free economic zones
16.11.2023
This is provided for by a memorandum of cooperation signed by the Ministry of Economy of our country and the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. The document defines the key areas of interaction between the two countries in terms of searching for promising territories for creating FEZs, state support for the implementation of investment projects, attracting foreign investment, etc. This will ensure the exchange of information and experience and the creation of common products. For many industries focused on the domestic market, one site is not enough, they need to build 5-6 production facilities at once. A common map of special economic zones will make it possible to promote such a joint product, experts say.
