Belarus and Russia settle tax manoeuvre issues

The matter concerns reverse excise taxes in the oil sector, which have been discussed for a long time. An agreement on common principles of indirect taxes was signed in Moscow. The document was signed by the finance ministers of the two countries after negotiations of governmental delegations. Also in Moscow 14 investment programs have been agreed. Their goals include launching the manufacture of new products which are needed for the markets of Belarus and Russia. Belarusian machine-building companies are actively involved in this process.
