Belarus agreeing 9 more import-substituting projects with Russia
Minsk and Moscow are working on 9 more import-substituting projects worth RUB25 billion. They have already been sent to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. In total, our countries have agreed on 23 projects with total investment costs of 105 billion rubles. Credit agreements with banks have already been signed for 13 projects, and contracts for equipment supply have been concluded. The first five will be completed in 2025. "Gomselmash", for example, will launch its own production of components for combine harvesters. At the same time, the needs of the Russian "Rostselmash" will also be met. "AMKODOR" enterprises will set up production of new harvester and forwarder manipulators, and other components. The product line of Minsk Gear Plant will be extended. In general, the real sector has a task to increase the output of import-substituting products by at least 10%.
