Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia A. Rogozhnik on a working visit to Orel
Belarus plans to take part in the implementation of Russian national projects in Orel Region. These include the construction of social facilities and the establishment of a multi-brand center for the sale and servicing of Belarusian machinery in the region. This was reported by Ambassador of Belarus to Russia Aleksandr Rogozhnik after talks with Governor of Russia’s Orel region Andrei Klychkov. Last year, trade turnover between Belarus and the Russian region increased by a third, while Belarusian exports increased by more than 45%. The delegation is also scheduled to visit key enterprises of the Orel region, with which cooperation has already been established. Among them are a large manufacturer of optoelectronics, an agricultural firm, and a plant for the production of municipal equipment.
