A new rapeseed processing line was opened in Minsk region
The mini-plant was built in seven months on the territory of the agricultural complex "Logoisky". Its capacity is 1,200 kg/hour per hour. All processes are automated, including uninterrupted supply of raw materials. Under a special microclimate, the "black gold of the fields" is in the warehouse, then it gets to the production department. An important condition for launching rapeseed into processing is a moisture content of no more than 7% and oil content of seeds over 40%. The line is equipped with a laboratory, where the quality of raw materials is controlled both at the start and the finished product. The mini-plant is a waste-free production facility. So far it produces oil for technical purposes. In the future, they will start producing products for the food industry and processing soybeans.
