International Bread Forum is held in our country for the first time. More than a hundred Belarusian and foreign experts gathered in Zhodino to discuss improving of the quality of breeding, seed production and processing of grain, the production of bread and bakery products. Also, participants were shown modern equipment and the analytical capabilities of national laboratories.It should be noted that last year Belarus harvested nearly 9 million tons of grain. According to experts, the use of modern technologies and the economic approach to agriculture will increase this figure by a third in 5 years.
