WorldSkills Belarus nationwide competition

In May 2018 Minsk is to host the WorldSkills Belarus nationwide competition of professional skills. Students of universities, lyceums, colleges and young working men under the age of 22 years can take part in the competition. The participants will compete in almost forty competencies, including «visual merchandising», «cosmetology», «agronomy». This year the international championship was held in Abu Dhabi, the Belarusian team took 16^th place.

WorldSkills is the world's largest competition of professional skills. The movement aims to popularize the working professions and increase their attractiveness among young people.
