Wonder-working icon

Today, the list of the ancient wonder-working icon of the Mother of God will be delivered from the Zhirovichi monastery to regional center Grodno. The list was found by children in the late 15-th century. The shrine is brought to mark the 25-th jubilee of the convent to the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin. The convent was reopened in 1992 and refurbished by the nuns and local worshipers.
