The week of lilacs starts in Minsk. The purple flowers in the Botanical garden started blooming earlier this year. The city's garden boasts more than 250 kinds of the plant. There are lilacs of the Russian, French, Chinese selection. The Belarusian collection is the richest in Europe. On May 18, the Botanical garden will host a thematic lilac party with plain-airs, master classes, photo zones.
