Week of Belarusian cuisine kicks off in Minsk

Five dishes in a single recipe. «Week of Belarusian cuisine» started in Minsk. The event was supported by more than 60 catering establishments. The price of the dish is the same in each eatery, regardless of whether it is a cafe or a restaurant. All presented dishes are authentic, but at the same time, chefs-developers contribute their own specialties. This is the 18th week of Belarusian cuisine already. Many of the dishes remained in the permanent menus of Minsk restaurants.
