The House of Representatives has passed the country"s main financial document of the next year in the second reading. The budget-2017 is characterized as realistic. It takes into account the conditions in which the Belarusian economy works. The costs will be increased for health care, education and science. The draft budget for 2017 expects income growth of more than 6 per cent over the current year.The key objective of the country"s development in the next year will be recovery growth of the economy and increase of its competitiveness
