The action is timed to the Day of the Constitution - March, 15.The patriotic action We are citizens ofBelarus! has been launched. Today, nearly two dozen students received their first passports at theInstituteofBorder Service. The most important document was presented by Chairman of the Border Committee Leonid Maltsev. Gifts were given to excellent pupils, winners of competitions and sporting events.The campaign will last for several days and will end on Constitution Day, on March, 15. Traditionally passports are handed to teenagers by leaders of legislative and executive authorities, community leaders and other influential people.
